By purchasing a hosting package from Great Big Onion Hosting(GBOH) you agree to the following:
I will not be using my hosting package for anything illegal.
GBOH allows adult websites and I agree that if my site is adult in nature it will not contain anything deemed illegal. Also there will be no content considered child pornography, beastiality, scat, fisting, or deemed obscene in the area you reside. Also I agree not to allow anyone considered a minor view any content deemed adult and I will take all necessary precautions to prevent minors from viewing my adult content.
I agree that if I break any of the agreements or disregard any of the policies set forth by GBOH my account will be terminated and no refund will be given.
GBOH may allow me to remove any content that violates these policies and reinstate my hosting privileges at their disgretion.
I agree that I am signing up for web hosting to run a website or use email in such a way as considered normal use for a website or email.
In addition to the previous statements I agree to everything in the Terms Of Service (TOS), Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and the Resource Abuse Policy (RAP).
